june 2024 - krakow

June 1st is Children’s Day in Poland. On that day, we co-organized a cookie making workshop with Freedom Space Foundation to celebrate Children’s Day. The activity attracted more than 40 parents and children to join. Not only did the children want to be friends with brothers and sisters, the parents also appreciate our services in Poland. Some parents even signed up their children for the Summer English Camp on the spot. May the Lord help us to meet families who are determined to seek and know God, so that in addition to serving the community, we can also lead people to return to God.

In the past days, brothers and sisters have been praying for the church to rent or purchase a place in Krakow. Thank the Lord for His wonderful preparation and guidance, so that we were able to have a new meeting place in June! We had stable bread-breaking meetings, Sunday meetings, weekly cell groups and outreach activities in the new location. We even had new friends who decided to believe in the Lord during personal talks in Sunday meetings! We also held a gathering here for missionaries from the two cities to witness God leading the Krakow church to a new stage! May the Lord cause the new meeting place to be a place where many people can experience God closely!

Moreover, many precious brothers and sisters worked hard on the relocation and successfully moved all the church materials from the old team house to the new meeting place. They were cleaned, arranged and ready for use in a short period of time. May the Lord help all brothers and sisters to settle down as soon as possible, and adapt to living in the new environment. May their body, soul and spirit walk on the high places.

In the last week of June, we started the first round of Summer English Camp. We cooperated with a non-profit organization - Freedom Space Foundation, and they promoted us among the Ukrainian community. Thank God for giving us the right number of participants, so that we were able to reach different students, and have sufficient space to bond with them. In addition to preparing different interesting activities for the students, we also share Bible stories with them so that they can know the love of God. May the Lord help these students to attend the summer camp regularly and get to know brothers and sisters quickly, as well as prepare their hearts to hear the gospel.
